All I have to do is sit down and write something.  Rather its Jokes for the act, shorts for the site, or a blog for the site.  That’s all.  Just sit down and do it.

I heard some sad news last week.  So sad that I planned on blogging about it last week, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.  Now I've got some distance from it and I can talk about it (I think).  Last week, the greatest actor of all time announced he's retiring.  Last week, Gene Hackman called it quits.

I had to go to the IKEA today to get a part to fix the high dollar “Roman” window shade that my women friend and me purchased a few months ago.  I pulled to hard on the string with my super human biceps I guess.

It was 1995. Way before itunes. Back when you had to buy an entire album, even if you only wanted one song from it.  I was driving home from school, it  was a beautiful fall day. And then I heard the most beautiful sound I'd ever heard. It came from the radio. It was the song, "Counting Blue Cars" by the band Dishwalla. I, of course, drove straight to the Disc Jockey, paid $14.99, and listened to the song over and over again. It was a pretty catchy tune. Every other song on the album sucked.

I don't like spicy foods, ask anyone who knows me, they'll tell ya the same thing. And by spicy, I mean, jalepenos and onions.  And I don't like condiments either. And by condiments, I mean, ketchup, mustard, pickles, mayonaise, and especially "special sauce". All of those disgust me.  And all of those can be found on the new Spicy Jalepeno Chicken Sandwich fom Carl's Jr.
